During the production process, professional quality inspectors conduct real-time patrol inspections and random sampling tests on key processes such as cutting, welding, spraying and assembly, and use intelligent detection tools to monitor product parameters, so as to detect and rectify potential quality problems in a timely manner. Before the finished products leave the factory, a comprehensive performance evaluation is carried out, including appearance inspection, size accuracy measurement, load-bearing capacity test, environmental protection index detection and safety performance verification, to ensure that each product meets international and domestic quality standards.
